Where Wasp / OpenSaaS wins, honestly
It's free and open-source. MIT-licensed, zero dollars, clone it today. That is a real, unbeatable price for a founder with more time than money. I am not going to pretend a paid product wins on cost against free — it doesn't.
The community and docs are mature. Wasp is YC-backed, has been shipping for years, and has an active Discord and a genuinely good docs site. When you hit a wall on a Wasp app, someone has hit it before and written it down. StackAlchemist is newer; we don't have that body of community knowledge yet.
